Job Details

• Prepare plans for development and installation of data center according to present and future requirements.
• Review and Re-design infrastructure Architecture
• Monitor all software and hardware products and ensure compliance to Data Center standards and systems.
• Administer installation and maintenance of organization data centers(DC/DR/NLS).
• Proactively, monitor and manage Capacity of servers & storage.
• Maintain physical and logical security of the Datacenters.
• Ensure internal client satisfaction and provide optimal level of customer services for various departments.
• Maintain expert knowledge on all business procedures associate with assets and capacity
• Ensure adherence to all established guidelines and management practices for employees.
• Supervise designing and evaluation of all server systems according to measurement of process.
• Perform troubleshoot on data center, identify issues and assist in timely resolution of same.
• Maintain expert documentation and knowledge on all applications and its use on systems for various critical systems.
• Maintain CMDB for DC, DR, NLS and regional datacenters.
• Coordinate and close audit observations related servers and related infrastructure
• Closure of VAPT conducted by internal and external teams.
• Incident and problem management of servers and related infrastructure
• Reviewing of SLA with vendors and taking corrective action.
• Supervise and conduct DR drills as per company policy
• Develop and supervise Backup policy of the organization.
• Follow and manage change management process of the organization.
• Establish and monitor replication of DC, DR & NLS

• Knowledge of the latest information technology techniques and advancements
• Expert communication skills, including negotiation skills for developing contracts with vendors and contract employees
• Analytical skills for solving complex problems through both technology and leadership methods
