Job Details

• Work closely with development managers and other functional team(such as production support, DBA, Business analystetc) to Measure and monitor progress to ensure releases are delivered on time, within budget, meeting or exceeding expectations
• Work with the development leads and developers to plan software releases, taking into account changes nature, PSS capacity, change freezes and all other constraints
• Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality
• Produce release documents such as application installation and support guide, disaster recovery plans and/or other related documents.
• Communicate release details and schedules to development and project team as required
• Participate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and review release documents
• Maintain release documentation on SharePoint/JIRA and manage key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists
• Build/Setup and support various test environments
• Coordinate with infra structure team to address infrastructure setup/capacity management related activities. 
• On large releases prepare a release plan including task nature, sequence, timings, actors, backups, contact numbers ...etc. Ensure everyone is ready and on-board for execution (including potential rollback).

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle
2+ years of experience in managing application environments and releases in banks or high tech companies
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
Good knowledge in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint...etc.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Previous experience working with global team.
Understand release process in a banking environment.
Understand Agile development process
Basic understanding of trade lifecycle management

General knowledge in RDBMS
