Job Details

• Good working Knowledge and On Hand Experience in Indirect Tax- Excise, Service Tax, Custom and GST etc.
• Experience to handle tax returns, payments & related compliances
• Regular updates on latest developments with regard to taxation & statutory requirements
• Prepare tax manuals and organize trainings within organization in order to ensure all employees are aware of how to correctly handle tax issues.
• Analyze and recommend improvement potentials for tax issues in order to improve the timely and proper compliances with statutory requirements and increase efficiency.
• Attend various routine queries raised by the department and submit the required details and submissions after getting it verified from H.O
• Liasioning with Indirect tax department and maintaining a good relation with the department.
• Advise to handle complicated tax issues.

• Experience to Handle EA Audit, CERA Audit, Special Audit etc. 
• Good drafting Skills for reply to Tax notices
• Experience to appear before Tax authority, handling litigation
• Handling Local Body Tax Return & assessment matter
• Handling SVB matter in Custom & laisoning with the Custom department
• Follow up with sales team and customers to collect the statutory forms in time and safe custody of the same.
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Provide the details of export on a monthly basis to duty draw back consultant and co-ordinate with them for submitting the draw back application in time.
• Provide all the required documents and details in time for the purpose of the above.
