• Design and develop high-volume,
• low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, 
• Delivering high-availability and performance Contribute in all phases of the development life-cycle .
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural reviews.

• Development experience Proven working experience in Java development.
• Hands on experience in using REST APIs and Web Services (SOAP) within a web platforms.
• Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms.
• Object oriented analysis, UML and design using common design patterns.
• Hands on experience in development IDE (Eclipse)Hands on experience on using application server (Apache Tomcat 7, Weblogic 12c,Jboss)Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc).
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).
• Experience in the Spring Framework, MavenExperience working with Messaging JMSExperience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (Spring MVC,JSF, JSP, Servlet, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery).
• Complete understanding of SDLCExperience with test-driven development.
• Good to have BPM Concept , Activiti, Vaadin, Jasper ReportNice to have experience in C++ programming
