Achieving the Billing and Retail target of the territory
Forecast demand & ensure stock availability at all dealerships
Ensure availability of working capital to achieve plans at all dealerships.
Propose promotional budget with clear objective of volume generation and get approvals
Evaluate effectiveness of activities and make periodic modifications / alterations in activities
Visit dealer / market with Team and coach them on the job
Identification of new dealer Prospects and primary evaluation of candidate and infrastructure
Energize / Train / Motivate the team and dealer 
Review performance of dealers periodically.
Plan for ATL & BTL activities to generate more opportunities
