• Work on all Tanvi programs
• Connect with women colleagues
• Conduct Training sessions as required
• Communication with target women groups
• Articulate our policies
• Conduct D&I events independently with minimum support
• Marketing & Corp Comm
• Work of RFP (Proposals), marketing materials, brochures, case studies, pitch decks, one pagers etc.
• Branding support as required.
• Adhere to company policies on leave and permission
• Adhere to the break schedules
• Awareness and implementation of ISO, ISMS and GRIC policies
• Adherence to the rules and regulations as outlined by the management
