• Heading the scale-up and tech transfer division.
• Establishing Systems & best Practices in the industry for the division.
• Technology transfer of newly developed process from R&D to kilo lab, then to piloting (various sites of company across the globe).
• Identifying suitable tollers based on technical inspection for assessing the suitability of tollers
• Preparation of basic engineering design packages i.e. PFD, P&ID, Heat and Mass balances, Effluent load calculations, Utility/process equipment and instrument data sheets.
• Capacity planning for the commercial products especially for India specific projects.
• Performing HAZOP review and Risk analysis for the products.
• Mass / Energy balance studies for the various products.
• Expertise in use of software and statistical tools for process modelling and optimization.

• PFD, P&ID, Heat and Mass balances, Effluent load calculations, Utility/process equipment and instrument data sheets.
• Knowledge of calorimetric studies.
• Preparation of trend analysis of various tests, trials and experiments to arrive logical conclusions.
• Knowledge of quality control systems; Interpretation of HPLC, GC data.
• Flexible in working with cross functional Teams.
