Job Description
  • The role requires you to manage a team of Territory Managers and Relationship Managers / Sales Managers assigned in that specific geographic location.
  • The Territory Managers / Relationship Managers / Sales Managers will generate loan proposals from Direct Sales team and conduct activities at corporates to generate business.
  • The incumbent is expected to drive cross sell of loans. To monitor whether required numbers of Sales activity are happening for business generation.
  • He/ She will be responsible to ensure Post Disbursement Documents (PDD) compliance & Portfolio quality.
  • The incumbent will be expected to empanel good quality leading the DST via regular Training over the product and policy . Further recruiting Territory Managers and Relationship Managers / Sales Managers to further guiding & mentoring to reduce discrepancies.
