To provide actionable insights to grow business through analysis of factors like existing portfolio, focus market opportunities, product, competition etc.
Develop a robust Early Warning Signal model, proactively track it for trigger breaches and highlight it to the Business and Credit for remedy.
To create, update and maintain a risk library with the lessons learnt for delinquent accounts based on thorough analysis of the proposal & on site customer visit and share the insights with the Business and Credit.
Supporting the vertical in maintaining a quality portfolio through analysis of repayment track, binning the portfolio based on repayment behavior etc.
Provide key insights to the management on the progress on stress account recovery through analysis of the collection MIS.
Publish the key performance scorecard of various levels in the vertical at suitable intervals
Support the Business and Credit to enhance the quality of product delivery to customers by identifying bottlenecks in the turnaround time and highlighting the same to them through careful analysis of the observations.
Customization of various MIS reports based on any immediate business requirements.
Automation of all MIS reports through liaising with the IT Team.
Lead various IT related projects and new initiatives.
Support the product team in developing new products and by providing feedbacks for improving the existing products.
