To convert an Infrastructure Masterplan into reality within given timeframe and financial budgets.
To develop Tender Documents / BOQ based on FIDIC Conditions of Contract, Dispute Resolution.
To find out innovative ways of financing / land monetisation.
To consistently meet tight schedule deadlines.
To meet clients expectations and should be very good at communication .

Bachelor of Engineering with Masters of Planning or MBA or Construction Management or Masters of Engineering in Urban Infrastructure related subject.

15 Years experience in Urban Sector. Experience of Project Management in Urban Infrastructure Works.
Experience as Team leader/Deputy Team leader for minimum 5 projects. Knowledge of Housing and Urban Affairs policies, issues and Project experience.
Excellent communication skills
Prior experience in similar projects.
Good technical, communication and interpersonal skills.
