• Fund raising at group level through long term loan, working capital through PSU Banks and Private Banks.
• Getting new PSU Banks on Board and managing Bank Compliances.
• Negotiating rates and terms as per requirement of the Organization.
• To prepare all the documents like CMA, Credit note, Appraisal Note, Financial Models, Bank Proposal, Project Report, Information memorandum, Synopsis &other required documents.
• Suggest and Implement Innovative and cost effective funding ideas.
• Managing internal/external Audit, Bank/FIs Audit and Compliance & reporting and timely discharging their queries.
• Liaising with credit rating agencies for long term and short term ratings of the Company.

• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance,Consulting or treasury management.
• Excellent relationship management skills with experience in liaising with banks,financial institutions for sourcing the funds and ensuring compliances and smooth business operations.
• Strong Negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of working on Excel.
