Job Details

Deliver in-house-designed or customized training programs using creative training methods
Own the development & Succession plan of the regional training team
Design, customize training programs to meet and exceed the needs of the business units
Conduct TNA and TNI to track performance of learners on field.
Own and drive Employee orientation as part of on boarding.
Travel to various locations for training delivery & review.
Organize and monitor operations and systems training, and internalize product training.
Driving quality tools like lean six sigma
Drive new learning initiatives and centralized programs for business as a whole.
Work with content development team & design training curriculum on process specific business requirements
Best practice sharing and calibration with other teams.
Demonstrate you have the ability to instil a strong work ethic in your team creating a collaborative environment to achieve the team goals

Previous Risk & Fraud training experience would be given preference
