Job Details

1.Develop training contents in consultation with Business Units to meet the training needs in IT areas.
2.Coordination of Scheduling of training programs at the section level to meet the training needs of customers
3.Analysis of PQI and FQI of programs and ensure continual improvement
4.Coordination of all E-Learning development and maintenance activities of the department
5.Contribution in maintaining and improving online portals used in the department.
6.Digitalizing various manual processes in Capability Development and driving various MIS of the department

Experience in IT or Training Area will be preferred

1. Expertise in technologies like R/SAS/Python and similar Data Analytics/Visualisation technologies is highly desirable.

2. Candidate having experience of digitalisation of L&D processes/systems will be preferred.

3. Must have working knowledge of technical aspects related to development on E-Learning modules and Learning Management System (LMS)
