Designation	Intellectual Property Rights Management
Job Description	The candidate will have responsibility of addressing and/or managing all of the IP needs of the business including: Drafting, negotiating, interpreting and advising organization on IP related agreements, such as non-disclosure agreements and license agreements, and IP provisions in commercial agreements. The candidate will help setup a framework for Intellectual Property Rights for the organization that will enable the organization to safeguard and protect its IP. The candidate will design a strategy to determine if the clients usage of Organization IP is in compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
Desired Profile	Education Criteria: Engineering + IPR Specialization (preferably from Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law) Technical Skills: Knowledge of IP laws in India and abroad such as US/UK Good understanding of licensing metric for various software vendors Work experience on drafting IP Contracts required
