Job Details

• Ensure equipment availability through analysis of chronic problems, identification of root cause and implementation of the short term and long term preventive actions/recommendations.
• Drive Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) initiatives to achieve zero Fatality and limit LTI within the target. Ensure safety requirements like SOPs, Positive isolation, adherence to standards are in place and being practiced.
• Education and Implementation of various TQM initiatives in the respective units.
• Regular & Periodic review with customers to understand and meet their requirements.
• Optimize maintenance cost.
• Responsible and accountable for the planning and implementation of the day to day running of the areas/ sections and compliance of the same. Responsible for the management of contract and imparting necessary training at shop floor required for the contractors to complete the job in a safe and effective manner.
