Job Responsibilities: 

• Conceptualize, develop and execute integrated, innovative digital programs and service promotional campaigns across Alternate Channels
• Optimize, develop, and implement digital strategy to increase penetration of Alternate Channels
• Recommendation of new functionalities on the Digital Platform in sync with best Practices around the world conducive to Customer Servicing
• Stay upto date on Social media trends & the competitive landscape as well as be able to explore new trends in technology for Customer Servicing
• Initiatives to grow number of Alternate Servicing Channels and launch programs to monetize the existing customer base for adoption
• Execute and Align Alternate Servicing strategy to specific business and functional goals and ensure support to org wise projects and initiatives
• Continuous monitoring and innovation in customer interaction on Various Social media channels as Facebook, twitter etc. through contests, events etc.
• Drive ongoing measurement and process improvements including digital audience, customer engagement metrics and campaign ROI

Key skills required:

• Detailed understanding on effective usage of Digital channel for Customer Servicing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work on complex data, identify areas of process improvement across Digital Channels
