Job Details

Ensure systematic working of the plant area assigned.

Respond promptly to customer requirements ( both internal and external ) with appropriate feedback to them

Incorporate any change or additional facilities related to IEM as required by operation / Mechanical or any other group.

Ensure activities like TBM, CBM, and DM in SAP system ; providing help for data record. Monitor & ensure the compliance of SAP job to achieve 100% compliance.

Ensure action for variations arising out of the above by planning & execution with the Field Maintenance group, Shift IEM group, Internal & external agencies.

Analyze each delay and interruption on daily basis & take corrective action to ensure compliance to ABP and plan for zero delay and interruption

Lead the team assigned / shift staff and ensure the availability of Electrical equipments ( this includes all Electrical , Electronic , Instrumentation equipment as well as all hardware and software associated with the same )
Minimize the number of delays and interruptions at an optimum cost ,ensuring Zero safety incidents by self and team

Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Spares Management, PLC Programming, AC/DC drives, Instrumentation maint and troubleshooting, Motor maintenance and repair, Electrical Equipment, Measurement and Calibration
