Job Description: 

• Responsible for managing the Banking Channels vertical within IT dept. including implementation of systems, training, performance monitoring and team management.
• Responsible for developing and mentoring a strong software team under banking channels.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure day-to-day support to the business by maintaining high availability of the systems and resources
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure implementation, maintenance and support for systems related to banking channels.
• Ensure adherence to timelines
• Develop a strong IT team with team building and training.
• Interact with Product, Marketing & Strategy, Operations teams to enhance operational efficiency and implementation of new systems/products.
• Take care of day to day functioning of different systems
• Ensure adherence to training man-days/ mandatory training programs for self and reportees
• Ensure goal-setting, mid-year review and annual appraisal process within specified timelines for self and reportees.

• Experience in product development for banking domain or core banking experience in Banks IT dept. desired.
• Knowledge of General Banking day to day operations and specialization in Mobile Banking / Mobile wallet / Internet Banking / CTS / AEPS / NFS / NACH / IMPS / Rupay / RTGS / NEFT.
