B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / MBA/PGDM or M Sc (Physics / Chemistry / Maths / Statistics)
Key skill Required:.
Application Development experience with proficiency in SQL query writing, troubleshooting, and understanding of application architecture, ability to understand customer needs, communicate and coordinate with multiple agencies.
Should have sound knowledge on SQL query tuning.
certification in DB administration (Oracle or SQL Server)
Working experience on any two databases (HANA DB, Oracle, SQL Server). Experience on Database Administration will be of added advantage.
Good knowledge of System Development Life Cycle
Business Process Knowledge
Ability to align IT to Business Process

1. Review database (ERD) and application design, taking into account the overall impact on the new and existing processes, and provide inputs during different phases of SDLC adhering to the organisations quality standards
2. Review application and database performance and provide optimization inputs during different phases of SDLC adhering to the organisations quality standards
3. Review application and database security and provide inputs adhering to the organisations quality standards
4. Monitoring, identification & optimization of resource intensive database queries
5. Identification and implementation of improvement through exploration of new tools and technology
