Designation	Asst. Manager Operations Wire Plants
Job Description	Drive Safety initiatives and other major initiatives to achieve zero harm; Machine wise scheduling based on priority and Manpower allocation; RM & Consumable Planning; Compliance to Production Plan & adherence to cost, productivity related ABP parameters; Reduction in operations related cost through controlling power, fuel, maintenance & production consumables and other improvement initiatives; Help with improvements through MAT/ CAT Projects, Kaizen, help with statutory/ customer audits and take care of statutory compliances as per Legatrix System; Reduce operations delays and improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE); Monitor & Control Process Parameters to minimize rejection and scrap generation; Ensure finish/ semi finish product quality through Process Control check. Help to generate corrective and prevention actions for customer complaints and implementation CAPA; Daily management & policy management related activities; Maintaining discipline in the plant & help with training related activities & shopfloor communications; Coordinate with E&P team to implement new/ growth projects.
