Job Description	Resolve legal cases arising out of land and revenue matters; Administration of sub-lease; No work stoppages by affected people, govt officials and other stake holders; Encroachment related matters; Decide the strategies for Jharia division based on proposed downstream development and work out plan for its Land, Lease & Legal requirements.
Desired Profile	Good Years have legal experience in dealing with land and revenue matters; Persons having working experience in Govt land and revenue offices would be added advantage; Should have knowledge of the working of Civil courts; Knowledge in OHSAS/EHS/SA8000, Contract Management, Invoice Verification Process, industrial hygiene, chemical hazards and reactions, electricity, industrial maintenance processes and fire technology; Also in Start and Connect D.G. Set (Skill), Energy Management
