Designation	Head - Health, Safety & Environment
Job Description	Proactively monitor the lead and lag metrics to ensure highest standards of safety Advise BU heads and other senior managers on safety and needed actions to achieve goals with respect to HSE. Responsible for developing and maintaining internal procedures for HSE in India and work towards HSE certifications. Responsible for launching safety training programs that raises general safety awareness and creates a culture of safety consciousness. Must ensure that the Indian safety organization is manned and developed with competent HSE personnel that can support the business in achieving a high safety performance.
Desired Profile	Experience in working with Health, safety and Environment , preferable within Cement or Mining Industry, The candidate must have a personal drive and passion for improving HSE, care for people and in general have a high adherence to rules and safety norms. Knowledge (not specialist) of Emergency Management, HSE Management systems, safety standards and occupational health is expected Ability to communicate and promote changes and awareness through credibility, competence and personal values. A team player that seek success through making employees, peers and managers succeed with creating safe workplaces
