Desired Profile	Co-owning systems solution development for branches. • Setting up KPIs aligned with company strategy for branches. Prepare sales map laying out customer journey at branch . Shape up the look and feel of the branches including location selection, sizing, layout of the branches pan-India. Creating pre & post launch sales promotion strategies. Required to deal with vendors or merchandisers for preparing the floor plan and other visual displays. Driving sales at retail locations through best customer experience.
