Job Description
  • Proven Sales Leader with clear focus to drive daily, weekly and Monthly Offline GMV Numbers on a sustainable basis
  • Manage the P&L end to end for a hub
  • Drive the offline channels and close liaising with the online team and ensure meeting of the URN targets
  • Responsible for managing Operations (Quality of service & escalations) in the marketplace and ensuring high quality of customer exp.
  • Building sustainable demand channels from a long term perspective
  • Ability to hire and Manage a Team of High Key Resources
  • Responsible for meeting the supply targets and identifying new supply avenues
  • Creating new processes to improve operational efficiencies.
