Job Details

The incumbent would be responsible for :
Litigation Management
- tracking, hearing and monitoring cases and drafting replies
- drafting petitions, affidavits and case briefing
- Legal MIS management
Drafting, Vetting, Negotiation and standardization of various commercial agreements.
Preparation of necessary documentation for litigation related matters.
Contract Management:
- Drafting and vetting of various contracts/ agreements.
- SOP Implementation
Briefing external Lawyers, attending hearings, providing back office support and research on case laws/precedents
Legal Awareness & Training
- Training on all SOPS, Applicable laws and Policies.
