Designation Assistant/Deputy Manager - Operation
Job Description
  • Co-own and drive the Go-Digital movement.
  • Business Engagement with IT Process.
  • Agile, Optimised and lean processes across responsible domains with IT enablement.
  • Co-own the IT Strategy and improve IT Service Management Process.
  • Identify and execute IT enablement opportunities across Procurement, Manufacturing and Quality Control functions across all units of Emami Agrotech Ltd.
  • Assist in managing the IT Demand Management Process.
  • Business value creation and ROI from IT initiatives and Projects.
  • Business Engagement levels with IT.
  • Medium term - Implementation and embedment of SAP ECC, Master data.
  • Governance and Analytics platforms across the organization.
  • Reduction of IT delivery cycle times across all spheres including Projects and Maintenance.
Desired Profile
  • Good knowledge of Processes and leading Practices in end to end process chains of Procure to Pay and Plan to Produce (as applicable to Trading and FMCG operations).
  • Skills around IT Project Evaluation, ROI etc.
  • Excellent command over SAP ECC MM & PP module with at least one end to end implementation.
  • Implementation experience of IOT Projects, SRM tools, Procurement Portals etc. would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in SAP BW/ BO or other Analysis tools, preferably with project experience.
  • Fair knowledge on manufacturing automation and solutions for manufacturing integration with SAP.
  • Experience in Procurement/ Manufacturing line function would be an advantage.
  • Domain knowledge over FMCG and Edible Oil Industry and proven track record in this Industry shall be a differentiator.
  • Led Projects of process re-engineering and cost optimisation.
