Designation Asst./ Deputy Manager- Shared Services Process
Job Description
  • Assist in overall IT cost reduction by implementing standard SAP solution to EAL business needs.
  • IT led business transformation to a lean model.
  • As an important member IT team Co-own the Go-Digital movement.
  • Business Engagement with IT.
  • Co-owning the transformation of IT to a within the organisation.
  • Co-own the IT Strategy and improve IT Service Management Process.
  • Help in executing IT enablement opportunities across Finance, HR and Legal functions across all units of Emami Agrotech Ltd.
  • Managing the IT Demand Management Process of EAL along with IT team as active team member.
  • Business Engagement levels with IT for any new business process change
  • Medium term - Implementation and embedment of SAP ECC, SAP Success factors, BI/BO or other Analytics platforms across all units as an active team member of EAL IT team.
  • Reduction of IT cycle times across all spheres including Projects and Maintenance.
Desired Profile
  • Good knowledge in Finance, Accounting, Costing & Budgeting, Fixed Asset
  • Management and Treasury & Risk Management (as applicable to Trading and FMCG operations).
  • Good command over FICO module as team member role in at least one end to end implementations. Implementation of SAP Simple Finance would be an advantage.
  • Implementation experience of COPA, Employee Self Service,SAP BPC etc.
  • Exposure to Change management.
  • Willingness to learn and covering all Shared.
  • Services including HR and Legal. Any existing exposure would be a differentiator.
  • Have involved in multi locational IT projects.
  • Knowledge in SAP BW/BO and other Analysis tools will be an added advantage preferably with project experience.
  • Exposure to SAP HANA implementation would be an added attraction.
