Job Details

Planning & Deployment :

• Build high performance team to deliver building and customer acquisition target.
• Implement the customer acquisition methodology across all the Client's Centre in respective city.
• Ensure implementation of guidelines, policies , templates for field force on-boarding , training, effectiveness and engagement, manpower dimensioning & performance.
• Ensure availability of all tools, kit with field team and ensure adherence to work smart methodology on ground.

Ops Management :

• Drive and ensure delivery of Building & customer acquisition as per plan.
• Implement sale enablement programs across geographies and ensure support of cross function team to field team.
• Monitor the building & customer onboarding performance metrics and conduct periodic reviews for performance improvement with the Clients Centre teams.
• Independently handle and manage large state level developers in respective state for all the Clients products and services.

1. Any graduation, BE/ BTech preferred
