Designation	Vice President Software Quality Assurance
Job Description	Defining and owning the overall testing and quality assurance strategy for the ATLAS program Implementing and management of the software development, quality assurance and testing methods on the SAP S/4 HANA technology stack. Coaching and supporting the development teams to drive the adoption of these methods. Ensuring adherence to these methods via a lean but effective risk-based monitoring, further build-up of code reviews and quality assurance to support the SAP tech stack. Implementation of efficient test evidence gathering, defect handling and sign-off methods. Managing test patterns, test data and test systems. Management of a 3rd party testing team engagement. Driving the adoption of Continuous Integration / Continuous Testing / Continuous Delivery in The ATLAS program.
Desired Profile	Degree in Applied Science, Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent) 10+ Years of software development experience in a software quality assurance position Exposure to SAP technologies (ABAP, HANA DDL, CDS) Management of a 3rd party vendor engagement Strong and proven project Service delivery orientation Ability to develop and manage automated tests Capable of Using Source Code Repositories Solid Understanding of QA Testing Environments Thorough understanding of technologies and technology domains Excellent communication skills in fluent English. Ability to communicate in German would be an advantage
