Establish metrics, reporting, processes and benchmarks to measure performance and gather insights on new ideas to test.
Relevance Marketing, Analytics & Technology Based Marketing Own and evolve the CRM playbook, including customer life cycle management, intentivization engine, loyalty engine.
Drive growth through improved Repeats and upward movement of Customer segments.
Drive top of the funnel growth by owning first time buyer acquisition strategy, optimize cost of acquisition.

Building & retaining a best in class online marketing team.

12+ years of total marketing experience with 7 - 8 Years experience in Online Marketing and CRM is required.
Candidate should have experience of running large performance marketing programs.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels like SEM, Meta Search, Programmatic, Mobile, deep Linking, cross device tracking, Remarketing and Display.
Strong Experience in using data / insights & analytics.
Experience in managing large CRM program, including incentive and loyalty program for online customers.
