Job Description	1. Improve availability of Equipments 2. Grievance addressal 3. Review of breakdown analysis and action plan for prevention 4. Review of PM adherence and effectiveness 5. Sustenance review of cost reduction projects ( Energy and R&M) 6. Budgeting & Budget Control 7. Plan for major repair and reconditioning 8. Evaluate people competency and plan for improvement 9. Implementation of TPM pratices 10. Review of QMS / EHSMS & adhere to the statutory requirements 11. Effective utilisation of Resources (Spares, Manpower, etc.)
