This Analyst role is responsible for supporting the Project Managers and Senior Manager in the successful implementation of the Operating Model & Transition of the RWA Production Centre & Regulatory Reporting Transformation Programme deliverables into BAU.

• Provide support to track the operational readiness of Functions, Regions and Global Businesses to ensure change is implemented successfully
• Define roles and responsibilities for each team involved in the end to end process;
• Support the planning of transition of change from workstreams into BAU operation.
• Support the development of target operating models for new business initiatives.
• Support the development & delivery of the BAU end state and transition model for Reporting & User Support working closely with the relevant Project teams, Business

Extensive experience in a Regulatory or Accounting focused role and able to operate in Finance, Risk and Technical environment.
Extensive experience in process mapping and system tools to create processes.
Extensive experience with Requirements Gathering and Documentation.
An understanding of project management and preferably qualified (PRINCE 2 Practitioner or SIX SIGMA) together with the banks current system development life cycle.
