Job Details

The candidate will be part of change and transformation team and will be responsible for driving change initiatives and  deliver efficiency targets.

Primary responsibilities include :

Opportunity identification

• Lead / drive opportunity identification for change / process improvement / transformation
• Establish book of work and business case
• Project execution
• Facilitate / solution identification
• Provide requisite (training on methodology as appropriate)
• Drive and govern project execution
• Escalate issues / road blocks
• Ensure benefit delivery
• Stakeholder management
• Engage teams in GFC / Global Finance as appropriate (Operations, Technology, Transformation, BRCM, COO office)
• Establish acceptance - drive continuous improvement culture
