Job Details

The Plant Head of manufacturing reports to the Sr. VP Technical and is responsible for direction, strategy, and planning and execution for the Plant operations.
Manage employees and hands-on operation of the plant manufacturing function.
Develop and manage budgeting and budget execution with a focus on product costs and margins.
Direct all production control, production process development, quality systems, purchasing.
Should have exposure to setting up EUGMPcompliant manufacturing site/plant.
Make Planning, directing, and coordinating the manufacturing of products in compliance with company goals and objectives.
Should have thorough technical knowledge of products.

15-20 years' experience in handling formulation manufacturing, quality systems, formulation development&-regulatory affairs.
Should have good Leadership Administrative capability to closely monitor plant operation on day to day basis and meet monthly Production & Quality Targets with cost & given budget
