Responsibilities :
Objective: Enable Long term strategy formulation and support strategy deployment through strategic inputs from industry and risk management
Job Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate strategy formulation / revision / course correction discussion by top team with focus on long term business
2. Drive Long Term strategic organisational / business goals within the mandate of the overall Emterprise. Ensure long term strategy ic correctly reflected in the ABP / LTP.
3. Provide inputs for development of Key strategic initiatives, build business case wherever required.
4. Responsible for integration of inputs from TSE, RM, M&S for creation / revision of strategi blue print
5. Provide scenario assessment to the leadership team based on risk profiling and analysis on external environment to the Top team to enable strategy blue print formation
6. Manage Portfolio of strategic projects - regular reviews by sponsors, and consolidated updates for leadership team
7. Ensure alignment of risk assessment and mitigation with ABP and LTP
8. Keep abreast of developments in strategy development process, and improve TSL Process (LTP).
