Job Description | Responsible for increasing retention to 95% and upgrading all member schools to Full-Program. S/he will do this by taking fierce ownership of program implementation in schools, tracking customer satisfaction on product/service to exceed owners expectation, listening, resolving complaints within 48 hrs, and thereby building credibility & rapport with owners & principals. Ensure 100% collections through hands-on knowledge of each account and relentless follow-up. Direct responsibility for a team of 4-8 education coaches, planning and monitoring of their their service calendar & feedback, and secure help from BSQI to hire, train, and solution. Handle emergency situations on product/service, which may lead to customer dissatisfaction. |
