Requirement: NOC L2 Engineer - Packet Switch Core Network
Work Location: Noida/Pune
Experience: 6-8 years

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling NOC operations for mobile Packet core network 
Responsible for Configuration, CSR Handling, Fault analysis, E2E troubleshooting 
Troubleshooting of unresolved PS Core Network faults escalated by L1 support team. 
Handling EPC(MME,SAE(SGW/PGW),SPR,PCRF, SGSN, GGSN, PCRF, AAA. 
Troubleshooting services issues and Troubleshoot device related faults and resolve. 
Working with OEM / 3rd party vendors for fault / problem resolution 
Guide Level 1 team best practices and technology aspects to improve their productivity 
Operational SLA monitoring 
Emergency handling & Corrective maintenance in the network. 
Software updates, Upgrades 
New Features Implementation Handle escalated customer complaints 
Fault management, problem management, change management 
Provide trending and Root Cause Analysis 
Monitoring tools performance and providing inputs for improvement of the management platform to the relevant teams. 
Analysing the network performance reports and suggesting actions for improvement 

Skills Required: 
Minimum 6+ years of experience in working with Tier 1 TEMs or mobile service providers carrying out responsibilities in network operations out of which minimum three years into NOC environment 
ZTE LTE and 3G PS core EPC (MME,SAE(SGW/PGW),SPR,PCRF /SGSN / GGSN / AAA 
Should have ZTE LTE/3G PS Product experience. 
Understanding of complete call flow in GSM and UMTS system. 
Should have good understanding of Iups, Gb, Gx, Gy, Gi, Gn/Gp, Ga, Gr interfaces in case of Packet Core. 
Very Good Knowledge on protocol like Radius, GTP, MAP,Diameter,L2TP,RP 
Should have good knowledge of Software upgrades,updates. 
Hands on experience on Configuration of ZTE LTE 3G experience. 
Troubleshooting for LTE, 3G Packet core, Data analysis and roaming. 
Should have good understanding of services offered for PS core in LTE / 3G /2G networks. 
Good knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Firewall.
