Designation	Head of AI Engineering
Job Description	Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-native cybersecurity products and enterprise-scale AI platforms, with ownership of technical architecture, engineering strategy, and product roadmap. Design and implement multi-agent AI systems for cybersecurity use cases, leveraging agent orchestration, tool integration, memory management, human-in-the-loop workflows, and secure execution frameworks. Build scalable AI platforms with reusable APIs, SDKs, agent frameworks, retrieval systems, evaluation pipelines, and deployment automation. Drive model strategy, fine-tuning, benchmarking, and performance optimization while building reliable cloud-based AI infrastructure using Python, AWS, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. Implement AI security controls, guardrails, identity and access management, auditability, and risk mitigation measures to protect AI applications against emerging threats.
Desired Profile	10+ years of software/product engineering experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI and production experience building agentic applications. Strong hands-on expertise in Python, multi-agent frameworks, LLM orchestration, RAG, vector databases, model evaluation, and fine-tuning. Experience with AWS, cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes, LLMOps, observability, and production AI deployment. Working knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as penetration testing, SOC, vulnerability management, cloud security, or governance and compliance. Understanding of AI security frameworks, responsible AI practices, and enterprise security requirements.
