Designation	AVP - Global Transition Lead
Job Description	Lead end-to-end transition of business processes across client engagements, ensuring seamless implementation and adherence to agreed timelines and deliverables. Drive transition planning, execution, and implementation while ensuring operational readiness and continuity of service delivery. Assess existing business processes and recommend process re-engineering, optimization, and outsourcing/offshoring opportunities. Develop transition strategies and customized solutions aligned with client requirements and business objectives. Support new business opportunities through RFP participation, solution design, transition planning, and client presentations. Manage client engagements and ensure consistent service delivery throughout the transition lifecycle.
Desired Profile	Proven experience in managing end-to-end transitions, including planning, implementation, and seamless process migration. Hands-on experience in solution design, RFP support, process assessment, re-engineering, and outsourcing/offshoring feasibility. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional teams. Experience in client engagement, stakeholder management, and presenting transition solutions to senior management. Ability to drive process optimization, build transition capabilities, and implement best practices.
