Designation Vice President - OTC Confirmations & Trade Operations
Job Description
  • Establish and maintain a robust governance framework across OTC Confirmation activities, including Drafting, Affirmation, Chasing, and Execution.
  • Drive risk-based prioritization of confirmation drafting activities and ensure appropriate escalation of operational and control issues.
  • Develop and implement data-driven performance management frameworks to generate actionable insights from daily operations.
  • Partner with Technology teams to define requirements and deliver system and process enhancements.
     
Desired Profile
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in financial services, capital markets, investment banking, or related operations.
  • Strong and demonstrable experience in OTC Confirmation Drafting is essential.
  • In-depth understanding of OTC derivatives and the end-to-end trade lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of confirmation, affirmation, exception management, and post-trade processes.
  • Experience working with ISDA documentation and regulatory frameworks such as EMIR and CFTC.
  • Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, Robotics/RPA, Machine Learning, or similar data and automation technologies.
