Designation	Vice President - Program Manager
Job Description	Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional transformation programs across the equities and front-office environment. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria. Drive strategic and regulatory change initiatives from planning through implementation. Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, issues, and program-level decisions. Establish and maintain effective project governance, reporting, controls, and escalation mechanisms
Desired Profile	10+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within financial services or capital markets. Strong equities trading domain expertise with a solid understanding of the electronic trading landscape. Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs. Experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS), algorithmic trading, electronic execution, and post-trade processes.
