Designation	Director - ServiceNow Architecture
Job Description	Define and govern enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture and engineering standards aligned with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data, integration, and UX frameworks. Establish standards for workflow architecture, integration patterns, configuration versus customization, reusable components, and technical-debt management. Lead the global ServiceNow architecture, engineering, integration, quality, DevOps, and delivery organization. Own delivery performance across ServiceNow products, programs, and product teams, including planning, estimation, dependencies, risks, quality, and release readiness. Translate enterprise AI strategy into practical ServiceNow architecture, engineering standards, and delivery roadmaps. Lead and develop a globally distributed ServiceNow organization spanning architecture, engineering, integration, QA, DevOps, and delivery management.
Desired Profile	15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, software engineering, platform delivery, architecture, or a related discipline. 8+ years of deep ServiceNow experience spanning architecture, development, platform engineering, and governance. 7+ years of people leadership, including experience managing engineering managers, architects, and globally distributed teams. 5+ years of experience leading large-scale engineering or delivery transformation, with demonstrated improvements in SDLC maturity, release automation, quality, and delivery predictability. Demonstrated experience leading sizable global engineering and delivery organizations, including teams operating through global delivery centers.
