Designation	Vice President - Product Owner
Job Description	Define the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for platform capabilities and integrations aligned with investment accounting and/or multifamily real estate operations. Align stakeholders across regions, including business, operations, finance, and technology teams, to ensure consistent prioritization and delivery sequencing globally. Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria to support platform enhancements and integrations. Lead end-to-end delivery of platform modules, including discovery, design, testing, release planning, and change management activities. Develop and enhance reporting solutions using standard platform reporting tools and SQL-based extracts
Desired Profile	At least 10+ years of overall experience in enterprise technology roles such as product management, business analysis, or solution delivery at a senior level. Strong domain expertise in real estate investment accounting and/or multifamily operations, including funds, capital activity, waterfalls, consolidations, or resident lifecycle processes. Proven experience owning at least one major platform implementation, upgrade, or multi-module transformation initiative. Broader exposure to real estate investment management, commercial mortgage, or private lending domains. Experience designing integrations between enterprise platforms and finance/analytics systems using APIs, ETL pipelines, and file-based exchanges.
