Designation	Vice President - Structured Products Documentation & Transaction Management
Job Description	Draft, review, and manage transaction documentation related to structured products, including notes, certificates, warrants, and other investment products. Prepare and review offering documents such as Final Terms, Pricing Supplements, and Key Information Documents (KIDs). Act as a central point of contact for transaction-related queries and escalations. Document regional requirements and identify opportunities to streamline workflows. Contribute to strategic projects aimed at improving scalability, controls, and service delivery across global teams.
Desired Profile	Strong expertise in drafting and reviewing complex transaction and issuance documentation. Experience managing or mentoring teams within a financial services environment. Strong understanding of structured products, including notes, certificates, warrants, and related issuance processes. Experience working within investment banking, capital markets, or structured products businesses. Familiarity with transaction approval, settlement, and listing processes.
