Designation Vice President - Quality Engineering & Test Automation
Job Description
  • Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies, test plans, and quality assurance frameworks to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts using appropriate testing frameworks and tools to enable early defect detection and continuous quality improvement.
  • Perform root cause analysis for identified defects and collaborate closely with development teams to support issue resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing testing processes, automation capabilities, and delivery efficiency.
  • Support risk identification and mitigation activities related to software quality and delivery.
Desired Profile
  • Proven experience in software development, quality engineering, and test automation within enterprise technology environments.
  • Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL and enterprise banking applications; exposure to Avaloq is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of banking applications and financial services technology environments.
  • Experience working in large-scale IT organizations supporting complex, mission-critical systems.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and Agile delivery practices.
