Designation	Vice President - Revenue Accounting & Financial Reporting
Job Description	Oversee accurate accounting and reporting of multiple revenue streams including management fees, performance-based revenue, commissions, rebates, and related income. Ensure timely preparation of client invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and related accounting activities. Manage recharge accounting processes and associated cash collection activities. Maintain a strong internal control environment and ensure compliance with accounting policies, governance frameworks, and reporting requirements. Support internal and external audit activities related to areas of responsibility.
Desired Profile	Strong understanding of revenue accounting, financial reporting, and billing operations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Experience managing revenue accounting, billing, and reporting processes within large and complex organizations. Strong exposure to accounting close processes, reconciliations, and financial analysis. Exposure to finance transformation, automation, and reporting improvement initiatives.
