Designation Engineering Director - Digital Transformation & Platform Engineering
Job Description
  • Lead enterprise transformation initiatives to transition from siloed delivery models to Agile, product-centric engineering organizations.
  • Drive adoption of modern engineering practices including DevOps, CI/CD, automation, platform engineering, and cloud-native delivery models.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing software engineering teams within a distributed global environment.
  • Manage large-scale engineering delivery and ensure alignment across internal and external/vendor teams.
  • Design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using modern microservices and cloud-native architectures.
Desired Profile
  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling engineering organizations and leading teams of 15+ engineers.
  • Expertise in software architecture, microservices, distributed systems, and scalable application development.
  • Strong experience with APIs, middleware technologies, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in technologies such as Python, Java, Scala, and SQL.
