Designation Vice President - Controls Assurance & Risk Management
Job Description
  • Partner with business and support functions to maintain an effective and sustainable internal control environment through ongoing assessments and testing activities.
  • Execute control reviews to evaluate the adequacy of control design and operating effectiveness in line with organizational standards and governance frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain centralized documentation related to control assessments, testing procedures, findings, and remediation actions.
  • Drive knowledge-sharing and capability-building initiatives to improve awareness and understanding of internal controls across teams.
  • Lead and manage multiple assignments, stakeholder requirements, and project deliverables within established timelines.
Desired Profile
  • 12–14 years of experience in risk management, internal controls, controls assurance, governance, or internal audit.
  • Hands-on experience in control testing, assurance reviews, and governance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of control design effectiveness and operational effectiveness testing methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities with the ability to manage competing priorities in dynamic environments.
