Designation Vice President - Digital Product Manager - AI Transformation & Innovation
Job Description
  • Lead or participate in complex digital transformation initiatives within a large enterprise environment.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and execution of enterprise digital and AI transformation programs.
  • Review and analyze customer experience, product strategy, analytics, research, and workflow optimization initiatives requiring in-depth evaluation and problem-solving.
  • Support development of intelligent workflows leveraging automation, document intelligence, and agentic AI capabilities.
  • Conduct strategic assessments and performance reviews to solve complex business problems using structured analytical frameworks.
Desired Profile
  • 4+ years of experience in transformation, product management, business analysis, business execution, and AI solution delivery
  • Knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking products, workflows, and operating models.
  • Hands-on experience delivering enterprise AI/GenAI solutions.
  • Experience with AI workflow automation, document intelligence, and intelligent routing solutions.
  • Experience defining target-state operating models, roadmaps, and transformation blueprints.
