Designation Vice President - Enterprise IAM Architect
Job Description
  • Lead the implementation of complex enterprise-wide IAM and security architecture initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain IAM architecture strategy, standards, roadmaps, and reference architectures
  • Lead architecture and technical design for IAM integrations across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
  • Oversee implementation of identity lifecycle management, provisioning workflows, access governance, and privileged access controls.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, technology assessments, and security evaluations for enterprise systems and projects.
Desired Profile
  • 15+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years in IAM, cybersecurity architecture, or security engineering.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with enterprise IAM platforms such as Azure AD / Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, or CyberArk.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale IAM solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
  • Strong understanding of authentication protocols and identity standards including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, and LDAP.
  • Expertise in SSO, MFA, federation, RBAC/ABAC, PAM, identity governance, and Zero Trust architecture.
